our trees

THE ISSUE

Palo Santo is not a tree that can be grown in plantations like other species, the process of reforestation will take generations. Like most species of trees, Palo Santo has been heavily exploited, and the population of trees has declined in an alarming manner. Most of the deforestation of the Palo Santo has been for industrial purposes, the wood is heavily used as fuel for brick making and fish oil industries.

OUR MODEL

UMO is committed to plant a Palo Santo tree for every box we sell.

We pledge to this ONE for ONE model because it is the right thing to do.

OUR CONTRIBUTION

We are contributing to the reforestation efforts because we love this tree and the wisdom that comes with it.

The trees we plant today will be harvested in 70-90 years from now, so we do not do it for ourselves but for the right of future generations to have access to the benefits of this beautiful and sacred tree.

Thank you for purchasing our products and making the world more conscious & sustainable!!!
